Volunteers - Want to get involved?

Please give a detailed account below of any relevant experience you might have when it comes to organising events. Please note that experience is not required.

Tiverton Balloon Festival is on the 12th - 14th of July 2013. Leading up to and after that time there will be A LOT of work needing to be done by the organisers, suppliers and volunteers. Please outline roughly what your availability would be like. i.e I would be available 1 day a week leading up to the event.

In an ideal world what jobs would suit you best for the Festival? Or how would you see yourself getting involved with the event? Please consider we'll need people to help with every aspect, therefore where would you feel best utilised?

We're needing people to help with lots of jobs including: Marketing, administration, volunteer management, raising funds (getting sponsors on-board) as well as during the event needing help with car parking, people / pilots / crew / public management, press management etc.
